UGREEN 45008, also identified as UGREEN-BT501, is a USB-C Bluetooth audio transmitter for PS5, Nintendo Switch, Windows and macOS. It sends audio wirelessly to Bluetooth headphones or speakers without requiring drivers or additional software.

Acoustic Sound Quality & Tech
The Qualcomm chipset supports aptX, aptX Adaptive Low Latency, aptX Adaptive High Quality, aptX HD and SBC. When the receiving headphones support the same codec, the adapter can transmit 24-bit audio with reduced latency.
With compatible equipment, aptX Adaptive can reduce audio latency to below 100 ms, helping synchronize game sound and video. Actual performance depends on the codec, Bluetooth headphones and surrounding wireless conditions.
Microphone and calling notes
The transmitter defaults to audio mode with the HFP calling protocol disabled. Double-click the multifunction button to enable Bluetooth Calling mode. This mode may reduce audio quality, so disabling it is recommended for gaming and music. Use an external microphone for calls when possible.
Battery Life & Smart Connectivity
UGREEN 45008 receives power directly through USB-C and does not require a separate battery. It connects to Bluetooth headphones or speakers, but does not support simultaneous dual-device pairing.
For PS5, select “UGREEN-BT501” as the audio output device and disable “switch output device automatically”. When using a computer, keep the transmitter away from other USB devices to reduce signal interference.
